Harlan County Judge-Executive Files Ethics Complaint

The Harlan County Judge-Executive has filed an ethics complaint against the County Sheriff.

The Harlan County Sheriff arrested the County Judge-Executive Tuesday.

According to the Harlan Daily Enterprise, the complaint questions the purchase of the vehicle.

The complaint against Sheriff Marvin Lipfird was filed by County Judge-Executive Joe Grieshop and magistrates.

Lipfird arrested Grieshop on Tuesday on charges of burglary, theft and official misconduct.
