Grant County receives emergency road money

WILLIAMSTOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – Grant County Fiscal Court will receive $178,728 in County Road Aid emergency money from the state to repair three slides, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.

The slide areas are:

-CR 1142 (Delaney Road) – .2 mile north of US 25 at the .250 mile-marker – $93,374.00

-CR 1330 (Sipple Road) – approximately .50 mile south of KY 1942 at the 1.5 mile-marker – $36,940.00

-CR 1312 (Eagle Tunnel Road) – the intersection of KY 467.

The Grant County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
