Graduate’s diploma held after graduation speech in Campbell County

CAMPBELL COUNTY, Ky.  – In Northern Kentucky, a recent high school graduate from Campbell County is speaking out after a speech nearly cost him his diploma. The teen says his diploma was withheld after he went off script during his graduation ceremony.
