(ABC36 NEWS NOW) – While attending a fundraiser in Oklahoma in support of Vice President Kamala Harris, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear seized the opportunity to introduce himself to the region. The event was part of the Vice President’s campaign efforts as she gears up for the upcoming election.
Governor Beshear, who has gained significant attention for his recent political victories, shared a bit of his background with the audience. “If you don’t know me, I’m the guy that beat Mitch McConnell’s hand-picked candidate in November last year,” Beshear stated. “I’m the guy that beat Donald Trump’s hand-picked candidate last year. And I’m the guy that’s going to help Vice President Harris win the presidency and beat Donald Trump this November.”
