Goodwill Kentucky opens new Cardinal Valley location
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — Goodwill Kentucky is celebrating the grand opening of its newest store in Lexington’s Cardinal Valley neighborhood.
Leaders cut the ribbon on the new location Monday, officially opening the doors to shoppers and donors. Goodwill Kentucky has been helping Kentuckians since 1923, turning gently used donations into job opportunities for people with disabilities and other challenges.
The organization now operates 67 locations across nearly every corner of the Commonwealth. While part of the national Goodwill network, Goodwill Kentucky runs as an independent local nonprofit.
