UPDATE: Golden Alert cancelled for Somerset woman

SOMERSET, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Somerset Police Department says a woman who went missing was found safe Friday afternoon.

49-year-old Ruth Bowcock was missing and police issued a Golden Alert for her.

That Golden Alert has since been cancelled, as Bowcock was found safe, according to police.
