UPDATE: Golden Alert cancelled, Lexington man found safe

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police cancelled a Golden Alert an hour after it was issued when 20-year old Joseph Conner Boggs was found safe, according to investigators.

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Lexington Police issued a Golden Alert on Tuesday night for 20-year old Joseph Conner Boggs, who is blind, deaf and has a traumatic brain injury.

Police say he was last seen around 7:00 p.m. in the 3800 block of Niagara Drive.

Investigators say Boggs frequents the Veteran’s Park area and is highly mobile.

He was last seen wearing an orange “Yes I Can” shirt, khaki shorts and white shoes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
