“Golden Alert” issued for missing London man

LONDON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A "Golden Alert" was issued Wednesday evening for 90-year old Bige Asher of London.  Investigators say he was last seen Sunday, March 15, 2015, in northern Whitley County.

Investigators say Asher takes various types of medication.  He’s described as 5’7", 120-pounds, thin build with brown eyes and short, gray hair.

He was last seen wearing a purple dress shirt, navy blue dress jacket, work pants and an army ball cap.

Investigators say he may be driving a blue Jeep Cherokee.  Authorities also say he may have access to weapons.
