Golden Alert issued for missing Lexington woman canceled; found safe, say police

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing woman.
Police say 44-year-old Sandra Lyttle was last seen around 11:30 p.m. on February 28 in the 500 block of Bellcastle Road.
According to investigators, Lyttle is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 200 pounds. She has brown eyes and red hair. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and light-colored pants.
Police say Lyttle has physical and mental health concerns.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
