Golden Alert issued for missing Lexington man with dementia
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for a missing Lexington man.
Police say 66-year-old Roderick Curd was last seen around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Cypress Drive.
Curd is described as standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 230 pounds, with brown eyes and grayish-black hair. Police say he was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, brown lace-up boots, and a ball cap with either “Washington DC” or “UK” on it.
Authorities say Curd has dementia and is believed to be traveling on foot.
Anyone with information about Curd’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
