Golden Alert Issued for missing Lexington man

LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – The Lexington Police Department has issued a Golden Alert for Raborn Flanagan, a 53-year-old man who has been missing since the evening of May 15, 2024. Flanagan was last seen in the Brannon Crossing area and may be using the names Ray or Josh.

Flanagan is described as 5’11” tall, weighing around 175 pounds, with grayish-brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue or black shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes. Authorities are especially concerned for his well-being due to his mental health condition and epilepsy.

Flanagan is believed to be traveling on foot. Police urge anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact them immediately by calling 911.
