Golden Alert issued as search continues for missing Kentucky woman

WHITLEY COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A Golden Alert remains in effect as state police continue searching for a Whitley County woman reported missing earlier this week.

According to the Kentucky State Police, 72-year-old Linda Bryant was last seen Tuesday in Corbin. Investigators say she was with an unknown man and may have been traveling in a white pickup truck.

Troopers describe Bryant as 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds.

State police say they are continuing to follow up on leads and are asking anyone who may have seen Bryant or has information about her whereabouts to come forward.
