GoFundMe created for family of child hit and killed by car

FLORENCE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A GoFundMe account has been established to help cover funeral expenses for Jamison Beck, a 4-year-old non-verbal autistic child who tragically died after being hit by a car. According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Beck passed away on Monday at a hospital following the accident early Sunday morning on the Weaver Road I-75 overpass in Florence.

Deputies reported that Beck was walking on the road when a driver accidentally struck him. The child had reportedly walked away from a nearby apartment complex after his family had gone to sleep.

The GoFundMe campaign to support Beck’s funeral expenses has already raised more than $2,000. Those who wish to contribute can find the link to the fundraiser here.
