Georgetown Police Search For Robbery Suspect

Police in Georgetown are asking the public for help in locating a suspect in a violent robbery.

They said a man took a pair of boots from Georgetown Shoes.

The clerk in the store followed the man out to the parking lot and grabbed him by the arm.

They said the suspect then hit the clerk in the face, pulled out a knife and threatened to cut her throat.

When the woman backed off, police said the man threatened to kill her, her child and the store’s owner.

Police said the suspect has the word “evil” tattooed on his fingers, just below his knuckles.
