Georgetown police ask for help locating robbery suspect

GEORGETOWN, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Georgetown Police Department has released a surveillance picture from a robbery, in hopes someone will recognize the person in it.

They say that person is a suspect in the robbery of a Dollar Tree store Thursday morning.

Police say the suspect broke into the store and took cash and Green Dot cards from the safe.

Green Dot cards are cards that can be loaded with funds and used as a debit card.
