Georgetown man sentenced for persuading minors to produce porn

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Georgetown man will spend more than a decade behind bars after pleading guilty to producing child pornography.

According to the Eastern United States Attorney’s Office, 32-year-old Bobby Cassady, was sentenced Monday to 15 years in federal prison, to be followed by a life term of supervised release for inducing minors to produce sexually explicit images.

Cassady was also ordered to pay $15,000 in restitution.

Cassady must serve 85 percent of his prison sentence.
