TONY BRYANT: TRIFECTA, IT COMES FROM THE HORSE RACES, OF COURSE. I WANTED SOMETHING CATCHY TO KIND OF CORRELATE WITH THAT.
SPEAKER 1: IT WAS ALSO BECAUSE THERE WAS THREE OF YOU THAT WERE KIND OF INVOLVED IN THE COMPANY WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED, RIGHT?
TONY BRYANT: CORRECT. IT WAS ME, TONY, A YOUNG MAN NAMED NICK, AND A YOUNG MAN NAMED TONY. WE WERE THE TRIFECTA, INITIALLY.
SPEAKER 1: NOW, WE WERE TALKING BEFORE AND YOU WERE TELLING ME A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOUR HISTORY AND YOU HAVE THE CUTEST STORY. TELL US THE STORY ABOUT HOW YOU STARTED COOKING WHEN YOU WERE A YOUNG BOY, RIGHT?
TONY BRYANT: RIGHT. I WAS SIX YEARS OLD AND MY MOTHER THOUGHT I WAS AT MY GRANDMOTHERS WHO LIVED NEXT DOOR, AND MY GRANDMOTHER THOUGHT I WAS AT HOME. WELL, THEY WENT TO CHURCH AND I WAS HOME ALONE AND I DECIDED TO COOK EASTER DINNER.
