TONY: SO SOME OF THE SIDES WE HAVE ARE LIKE, YOUR GREENS, GREEN BEANS, YOUR SLAW, MAC AND CHEESE, SWEET POTATOES. ALL YOUR GOOD COMFORT FOODS BUT WE LIKE TO SEASON THEM NOT WITH PORK BECAUSE I HAVE A LOT OF CUSTOMERS THAT WOULD PREFER NON-PORK ITEMS. SO WE SEASON EVERYTHING WITH SMOKED TURKEY.
