Gas Station Stays Open After Car Crashes into It

Lexington Police said a Thornton’s gas station at the intersection of South Broadway and Gibson Avenue is still open, despite suffering damage from a car impact Tuesday morning.

They said the accident happened around 9:30am.

There’s no word on what caused the collision, or if anyone was hurt.
