Gas Station Robbed At Gunpoint

A Lexington gas station was robbed at gunpoint.

Police said a man wearing a bandana around his face walked into the Shell station on Russell Cave Road around 2 a.m. Monday.

Police said the robber had a gun.

He got away with cash from the register.

Police were able to track him to a nearby apartment complex, but then lost the track.

They are hoping surveillance video will help lead them to the suspect.
