Garbage Truck Driver Reportedly Hit by Vehicle

Officials in Scott County said a garbage truck driver was hurt after being hit by an oncoming vehicle in Stamping Ground Wednesday morning.

According to investigators, it happened just after 9 as another driver was trying to pass the truck.

The driver of the garbage truck was taken to UK Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
