Funeral Plans Announced for Cynthiana Teen Killed in Car Wreck Just Before Thanksgiving

CYNTHIANA, Ky. (WTVQ)- Funeral plans have been announced for an 18-year-old Cynthiana boy who died in a car wreck the day before Thanksgiving.

Brett Persinger will be buried in Battle Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. at Indian Creek Christian Church in Cynthiana.

The funeral will begin 11 am Tuesday at the church. Persinger was a senior at Harrison County High School and a member of the school’s baseball team. The community has raised more than $10,000 in two days for funeral costs.
