Fugitive wanted in Winchester in child porn case arrested

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A fugitive on the run for two years in a child pornography case in Winchester was arrested Tuesday in Louisville, according to the Attorney General’s Office.

Kyle Clifford Legg, of Louisville, was initially arrested in Winchester in 2015 and later indicted on multiple counts of possessing matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor, according to the AG’s Office.

The Attorney General’s cyber investigators had been working with Louisville Metro Police to find Legg after receiving three tips through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding other potential felonies related to Legg’s online activity.

Legg, who was charged with possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia when he was arrested Tuesday, will be brought back to Winchester to face the original charges, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
