Fugitive caught on camera in Finnell Pike Area
GEORGETOWN, Ky. — The Georgetown Police Department is asking residents to check their security cameras in the ongoing search for Nathan Ginter, a South Carolina man considered armed and dangerous, and a woman traveling with him, Riley Pearson.
Police reported that Ginter and Pearson were last seen on a surveillance camera Tuesday in the Finnell Pike area of Central Kentucky. The search has since focused on the Leesburg community near the Scott-Harrison County line.
Investigators are urging residents in the area to review footage from doorbell cameras and other surveillance devices for any additional sightings of the pair.
Ginter was found guilty by a South Carolina jury of torturing a child with waterboarding and a taser but failed to appear for his trial. A reward of $10,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
Authorities warn that if you see Ginter or Pearson, do not approach them. Instead, call 911 or the U.S. Marshals National Tip Line immediately.
