Fugitive caught in Boyd County

BOYD, Ky. (WTVQ) – A fugitive from New Jersey is sitting in the Boyd County jail Saturday night after Ashland Police helped U.S. Marshals arrest him.

Jorge Rojas faces sexual assault charges in New Jersey.

Police say information helped them find the 27-year-old hiding in a Bath Street home in Ashland.

Rojas was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
