Fugitive Arrested After Police Chase
Kentucky State Police arrested a man wanted on probation violation charges in Tennessee after a police chase in Whitley County Wednesday.
Police say they noticed a speeding vehicle on Highway 204 that they believed to be stolen.
They say the driver of the vehicle would not pull over and a short pursuit took place until the driver took a bad turn.
Police arrested Brandon Petrey, 29, of Williamsburg.
The vehicle he was driving was reported stolen in Corbin and he was also wanted in Knox County, Tennessee for a probation violation related to an attempted murder.
Petrey faces several charges, including fleeing and evading and DUI.
