Freedom short-lived for Harlan County escapee

HARLAN COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – An inmate who escaped out of a second-floor window of the courthouse in Harlan County Wednesday morning was back in jail by the afternoon, according to deputies.

Investigators say 38-year old Britt Anglian was scheduled to appear in court on a contempt charge when he escaped out of the window.
