Free holiday portraits offered in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – During the holiday season, pictures represent memories a family can treasure forever, but many people can’t afford nice holiday photos.

Saturday, photographers changed that with free family portraits. Health Portrait at Southland Church combined photographers, hair and makeup artists and even Santa Clause.

This is the eighth year for the Health Portraits. Organizers say in the last couple years, they’ve served up to 400 people.
