Free hands-only CPR training set for Woodford County High School gym
WOODFORD COUNTY, KY. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – A free hands-only CPR training will be held Saturday at the gym at Woodford County High School.
The training will run from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., with walk-ins welcome. Organizers say all ages are encouraged to attend.
Each session takes about 30 minutes and teaches participants how to perform hands-only CPR during a cardiac emergency.
Officials say the training is especially helpful for babysitters, caregivers and anyone who may encounter a medical emergency at home, at work or in public.
The training is completely free, and no registration is required.
