Frankfort woman granted shock probation
FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – According to the State Journal, a Frankfort woman’s request for shock probation was granted yesterday.
This is the same woman who allegedly brought methamphetamine into the Franklin county regional jail in her vaginal cavity and shared it with other inmates .
33-year-old Christina dews pleaded guilty in march to first-degree promoting contraband and trafficking in controlled substance.
In April 2016, Dews was also discovered to have contraband in the jail.
After she was arrested on a warrant, a corrections officer at the jail found items in Dews’ vaginal cavity that included a bag of marijuana, two hypodermic needles, a silver canister that contained two Xanax tablets, a partial Suboxone strip and a baggie of methamphetamine.
