Frankfort store sells $2M Powerball ticket

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) -If you bought a ticket in Frankfort for last Saturday’s Powerball drawing, you may want to check your numbers.

The Triple R Mart on US 127 sold a ticket worth $2 million dollars.  The winner correctly guessed the five white numbers, but missed the Powerball.  That would usually mean the ticket is worth $1 million dollars, but the lottery says this customer paid an extra dollar to buy the power play feature.

If the player had matched the Powerball number, the ticket would have been worth $133 million.
