Frankfort Police arrest three in meth bust

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Three people are behind bars following a four month drug investigation by Frankfort Police.

According to officers, Terry Hicks, Jeremy Starkey and Loretta Prater were all taken into custody before a search of Hicks’ home on Hickory Ridge Road Friday morning.  

That’s where police say they found around six grams of meth, six guns, drug paraphernalia, and a stolen ATV.

Police believe Hicks and Starkey had drug operations in several counties across the state.

They’ve both been charged with drug trafficking.
 
Prater was charged with violating parole.
