Frankfort PD: Woman arrested for murder

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ) – Frankfort Police say they’ve arrested and charged a woman in connection to the homicide of Thomas Ellison.

Police say they’ve arrested and charged 28-year-old Meisha Nicholas with the murder of 66-year-old Thomas Ellison.

After neighbors called police to Ellison’s apartment, on Deepwood Drive, for a wellness check, police found his body inside Friday afternoon.

Officers say after interviewing Nichols, they gathered enough information to charge her with murder.
