Frankfort man sentenced to three years in prison for raping 13-year-old

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WTVQ)- A Frankfort man has been sentenced for the sexual abuse, rape, and sodomy charges he pleaded guilty to this summer.

The State Journal reports 34-year-old Chris Uncel was sentenced to three years in prison.

According to the paper, Uncel’s indictment says he had sex with a 13-year-old girl at the end of December.

He will also have to complete sex offender treatment and register as a lifetime offender.
