Frankfort Fire: Homeowners Safe After Early Morning Fire
An elderly couple is safe after an early morning fire broke out at their home in Frankfort, fire officials said.
According to the Frankfort Fire Department, the fire broke out in the attic around 3 a.m. Wednesday at the home on Bender Drive.
The couple inside was able to escape without injuries, firefighters said.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
