Four Star Mason Williams commits to Kentucky
LEXINGTON, Ky. (ABC 36 News Now) — Kentucky men’s basketball has picked up its first commitment in the Class of 2026 with Mason Williams.
Williams is a four-star point guard in the 2026 class. He chose the Wildcats after visiting the university earlier this week.
The 6-foot-2 guard plays at Tennessee Collegiate Academy in Madison, Mississippi.
He previously committed to Jackson State, where his father, former NBA player Mo Williams, is the head coach, before decommitting in December.
Williams is ranked as the No. 109 player nationally and the No. 12 point guard in the Class of 2026, according to 247Sports.
Williams is expected to suit up for the Wildcats during the 2026–27 season.
