Four Charged With Tying Up 12-Year Old Boy In Knox County

KSP authorities said on Thursday they received a call that a 12 year old boy had been tied up and held against his will at a neighbor’s residence off of South Point Drive in Barbourville.

Toppers said a 12 year old juvenile was at a nearby residence and while at the residence he was bound to a chair by several individuals.

KSP said after a brief amount of time the juvenile was able to escape and return home.

They have arrested and charged the following individuals for Unlawful Imprisonment.

1.Hunter West, 18, from Barbourville.
2.Melissa Mills, 40, from Artemus.
3.Edward Murphy, 36, from Barbourville.
4.Sharon Newmon, 30, from Barbourville.

The juvenile received minor injuries that did not require medical treatment.
