Former UK basketball player arrested on drug charges

PARIS, Ky. (WTVQ) – Former University of Kentucky basketball player Preston LeMaster was arrested on drug charges Tuesday in Bourbon County. Investigators say the 32-year old was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Buy/Possession Drug Paraphernalia and Prescription Controlled Substance not in proper container.

LeMaster is out on bail from the Bourbon County Detention Center, according to jail records.

Court records show he was arrested in 2014 in Lexington after being accused of selling counterfeit UK basketball tickets.

LeMaster was a walk-on player at UK from 2002-to-2006.
