Former Eastern Kentucky police officer indicted on multiple charges
PAINTSVILLE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A former Paintsville police officer has been indicted on multiple charges, including assault, following an alleged attack on other officers earlier this year.
According to the Kentucky Attorney General’s Office, a Johnson County grand jury returned the indictment this week against 37-year-old James Bradley.
Court documents show Bradley is accused of assaulting two police officers, along with several other individuals, during an incident in May. He is also accused of operating an ATV while under the influence.
Bradley faces charges of assault, wanton endangerment, and DUI. His arraignment is scheduled for September 12.
