Former Colonel QB returns to Richmond as UPike head coach

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Eastern Kentucky gets UPike in a short week.

For the first time in program history, the Colonels and Bears will meet on the gridiron.

Former EKU QB Al Holland, who led the Colonels to back-to-back OVC titles in 2007 and 2008, is the head man in Pikeville now.

EKU knows that, despite the NAIA classification, this thing is no “gimmie.”

Hear from Devin Borders and Dan Crimmins on how Eastern is preparing for UPike just like they would anyone else, in the video.
