Former Clark Co. Judge-Executive James B. Allen dies

WINCHESTER, Ky. (WTVQ) – The Winchester Sun is reporting that Former Clark County Judge-Executive James B. Allen has died.

The paper says that Allen served as judge-executive from 1981-1998.

According to the Sun, Allen was an instrumental supporter behind the creation of the Generations Center in Winchester, which was names after him a few years ago.
