Floyd County man charged after alleged threats to postal worker and deputies
FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A Floyd County man is facing multiple charges after allegedly threatening to kill a U.S. Postal Service worker and sheriff’s deputies.
According to the Floyd County Sheriff’s Department, Jonathan Howell was arrested Saturday at his home in the Auxier community. Investigators say Howell allegedly posted a threat on Facebook to kill deputies after previously threatening a postal worker.
In addition to terroristic threatening, Howell is charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication.
