Floyd County couple accused of abusing adopted children

FLOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Floyd County couple is accused of beating and sexually abusing their adopted children for more than a decade, according to Mountain Top Media.

The report says Thomas Stacy Jr. and his wife, Jennifer Stacy, were indicted this week on criminal abuse and misdemeanor assault by a Floyd County Grand Jury. Thomas Stacy, Jr., was also charged with sexual abuse and sodomy, according to the report.

The couple is accused of abusing the children from September 2008 to January 2020, according to the report.

According to K-105 Radio, Thomas Stacy, Jr., was a pastor at a church in Floyd County.
