Florida State’s Xavier Peters transferring to UK

LEXINGTON, KY (WTVQ) – It has been an interesting road for Florida State linebacker Xavier Peters, but it looks like it’s ending where it started.

Via Twitter, Peters announced on a Wednesday he’s transferring to Kentucky.

Peters only played two games for FSU and ended up redshirting last season.

The Ohio native once was a the 12th-ranked linebacker in the nation and a UK commit, but ended up signing with FSU.

Peters will have to sit out next season.
