Firework Sales Not Affected By Burn Bans

Many communities are canceling 4^th of July fireworks because of the dry weather.

WTVQ wondered if this will hurt the sales of fireworks. Particularly from the tents that have popped up around Lexington this week.

In an unscientific sampling, most sellers said this hasn’t made much of a difference so far.

However, most people usually wait until two days before the holiday to purchase fireworks. But they are optimistic about future sales.
