Firefighters put out burning train in Lincoln County

WAYNESBURG, Ky. (WTVQ)- The sight of a train coming down the tracks isn’t an uncommon one, but when that train’s on fire it can turn some heads.

That’s what Lincoln County fire crews arrived to Saturday near Waynesburg. Emergency management says the southbound Norfolk Southern engine was what caught fire. Crews say the fire was put out within about two hours.
