Firefighters involved in crash on the way to fire

RICHMOND, Ky. (WTVQ) – Four firefighters were in a crash Friday night as they rushed to put out a Madison County house fire.

The Kirksville Volunteer Fire Department says four of its firefighters were in a crash in Richmond.

Three were checked out at the hospital, but all were just fine.

The home on Bob White Drive the firefighters were headed to was destroyed, according to State Trooper Robert Purdy, no one was home at the time.
