Fire at Ramada Inn in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – More than a dozen fire units from the Lexington Fire Department responded late Wednesday evening to the Ramada Inn on North Broadway.

Fire crews say that the fire began at around 11 p.m.

Investigators say that the fire started in the kitchen of the hotel and spread to a nearby bedroom, attic, dining and storage area.

ABC 36 was told that all guests were evacuated from the hotel and shuttled to various hotels in the area.

No one was hurt in the fire.
