Fire destroys business storage building in Jackson County

MCKEE, Ky. (WTVQ)  – A business storage building was destroyed by fire in the Clover Bottom Valley area of Jackson County early Monday morning.

Firefighters say the building at Phoenix Products on U.S. 421, west of McKee, held aerospace manufacturing products.

Investigators say no one was inside the building at the time of the fire, which broke out around 4:00 a.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
