Fire damages empty house undergoing renovations

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – No injuries were reported from a fire at a vacant house in Lexington.

Fire officials say a firefighter, on his way to work, noticed flames coming from the house on Wanstead, and called 911.

When crews arrived, they saw smoke and flames coming from the house.

They say is appears the house was undergoing renovations and was vacant.

Investigators are looking into the cause of the fire.
